GENERAL
Unless previously withdrawn in writing, our quotation is open
for acceptance within the period stated therein or, when no
period is so stated, within thirty days. |

PRICES
All prices are subject to alteration without notice. The
Company reserves the right to vary prices without notice as
a result of fluctuations in raw material costs. Any and all
additional charges, such as, but not limited to, insurance
premium, freight charges, fees for export, import and other
permits, shall be borne by the customer. |

3. |
DELIVERY
The delivery time shall start as soon as the contract is
entered into, all official formalities such as, but not
limited to import and export permits, have been completed,
payment due with the order have been made and the technical
points settled. |

4. |
CLAIMS
Unless claims for shortages or damage are notified to the
Company within three days of receipt no liability will be
accepted by the Company. In the event of non-delivery the
Company must be advised in writing within 10 days of receipt
of the Company’s invoice. |

5. |
TERMS OF PAYMENT
Payment shall be made by the customer according to the
agreed term of payments. |

6. |
TITLE OF GOODS
The title of goods supplied does not pass to the purchaser
until such time as payment in full for such goods has been
received. |

7. |
RETURN OF GOODS
No goods may be returned for replacement or credit without
first obtaining the written agreement of the Company. |

8. |
CANCELLATION
No cancellation will be effective unless requested in
writing and accepted by the Company. Upon the agreed
cancellation of any order or part thereof the Purchaser may
be liable to a cancellation charge. Cancellation cannot be
accepted for goods specifically manufactured to the
Purchasers requirements. |
